Average Speed 81.01 M.P.H. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. Sept. 7. The International Tourist Trophy race over the Ards circuit, near Belfast was won by F. W. Dixon and C. J. P. Dobson, driving a Riley, in shrs. llmins., at an average speed of 81.01 miles an hour. E, p Hall was seeoiid in a Bentley, with a time of shrs. 12mins., at an verage speed of 80.81. A. P. F. Fane was third in a Frazer--2'l ash B.M.W. in shrs. 20mins. 46secs., at a speed of 77.32.
