Italians Show Disapproval of Sanctions (Received 9. 9.45 a.m I LONDON, .lune 8. A hundred Italian delegates, under instructions from tho National Trade Organisation, which disapproves sanctions, boycotted the oxy-acetylene welding congress in London, whoso British members were anxious to repay the lavish hospitality extended to them in Rome in 1934. All Italians refused invitations, ironically suggesting that Tlnili Scllassic should be invited.
