ALLEGED THEFT OF TAR
Belwyn George Harris was remanded until June 15 when he appeared on two charges before Mr J. Miller, S.M., in the Napier Magistrate’s Court this morning. Accused, who is a labourer, was charged with converting to his own use a motor car valued at £lBO from Waipukurau on April 16, and further with the theft of 11 gallons of tar in a drum, the whole valued at 14/-. The fagistrste granted the remand upon the *'>olication of Detae’lve K. Mills.
