The annual ball of the Hastings High School Old Boys’ Foootball Club, which is ulwevs one of the most enjoyabk events of the kind, is to be held in the Assembly Hall on Thursday evening of this week The committee are confident that Hie ball will bo just as brilliant a success as iu previous years.
Friends and patrons of the Hastings High School Old Boys’ -Football Club are requested Io keep open June II which is tho date of the club’s ninth annual ball, to be held iu the Assembly Hall, Hastings. This looked-for event promises this year to be a great success. Great preparations are in hand for the occasion.
Al. Ernst Alexandre, who has just completed a series of lectures and broadcasts in Auckland, has arrived in Hastings for a short holiday on his way to Wellington. The professor is an eminent psychologist and graphologist from the School of Psychology, Paris, turd graduate of Vienna.
