Waipukurau Ladies’ Medal Match From Our Own Correspondent. WAIPUKURAU, June 5. Following were the best cards handed in for the L.G.U. medal match played on the Maharekeke links yesterday by the members of the Waipukurau Ladies’ Golf Club:— SENIORS. G II N. Rood 99 20 73 Miss McLatehlan 102 23 79 WAIPAWA CLUB The final qualifying round over 18 holes was played on Wednesday by n large gathering of members, and the following eight players succeeded in returning the best aggregate over the 36 boles. The elimination rounds of handicap match play will be played ns fol'ow. the first round to bo completed by June 21. Clark v Fox Bishop v. Edwards. Bryant v. Knoblock. Norris v. Jopson. The following will represent Waipnwa at Parkvale in the inter-club ■natch during the week-end; Watts. Vannini, Tickner, Edwards, Bryant, Shackelford, Guthrie, Bishop, Arm strong, Loughnan, Ferris, Ridge, Trevena, Woods, Strang. A.ny of the above players unable to play are asked to advise the secretary immediately. Cars will leave the Post Office at 8.30 a m. ,
