It is reported that Manchukuo has signified its willingness to take united action agaiust Australian wheat. Eight provincial chambers of commerce meeting at Osaka passed a resolution in Regard to Australia’s action as a declaartion of a trade war, and urged the Government decisively to retaliate, also to establish a basic trad* policy, especially in regard to tho supply of raw materials.
