South Africans Willing to Help Campaign (Received 23, 9.45 a.m.) CAPETOWN, April 22. Cape Province woolgrowers are anxious to assist Australia and New Zealand in their campaign against synthetic fibres, and the congress of the Cape Province branch of the National Woolgrowers’ Association at Port Elizabeth decided to recommend the imposition of a levy of one shilling a bale to create a fund for a campaign.
