DEATH AFTER ACCIDENT
Silverstream Collision By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, Apri 17. The death occurred at the Wellington Hospital of Mr Alfred Firman, who was injured in a motor accident at Silverstream on March 21 about 10.30 p.m. On that day a motor lorry was proceeding in a northerly direction and, at a portion of the road where a washout, took place, a collision occurred with a five-seater car driven by Mr Firman in the opposite direction. Mr Firman’s car hit the right-hand front portion of the lorry. The motor-car waj wrecked and Mr Firman had his right arm broken in three places. After re ceiving medical attention he was taken to hospital.
