MR. BALDWIN TO RETIRE
After the King’s Coronation (Received 16, 2.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 15. Widespread interest has been aroused as a result of the “Observer,” In a leader, announcing that Mr. Baldwin is retiring at the coronation. Mr. Baldwin, immediately after the election, intimated that he did not propose to retain the Premiership during Parliament’s full term, but the “Observer’s” is the first definite statement regarding the matter.
