Mr N. McNutt has left Waipawa to reside in the Hamilton district.
The Hon. IV. Lee Martin, Minister of Agriculture, left Wellington last night for the Waikato.
The Hon. W. Nash, Minister of Finance, will leave Wellington to-night for Dunedin and Invercargill, returning toward the end of next week.
Mr J. MeNeilly, clerk at the Waipawa branch of the Bank of New Zealand, has received notice of his transfer to the Lower Hutt branch.
Captains D. Kee, F. Pearce and H. Sutcliffe arrived at Wellington to-day to join the Anglican Church Army in New Zealand.—Press Assn.

The Hou. P. Fraser, Minister of Education, left Wellington last night for Auckland, where he will look into education matters. Ho will return to the capital on Tuesday morning.
The Hon. 11. Semple, Minister of Public Works, will leave Wellington to-night for Dunedin and Central Otago to attend to urgent departmental questions in both districts.
Professor 1). 11. Copland, of the University of Melbourne, and formerly of New Zealand, has been invited to attend the tercentenary celebrations of Harvard University in September.
Mr. T. Mason Chambers was the recipient of congratulations from fellow Rotarians at the weekly luncheon meeting of the Hastings Rotary Club, when good wishes were extended to him and Mrs. Chambers on the celebration of their golden wedding.
Superintendent A. Morrison, of the Hawera Fire Brigade, has been appointed deputy-superintendent ot the Christchurch Fire Brigade, in place of Deputy-Superintendent C. J. Blake, who will retire at the end of this month after nearly 41 years’ service.
