RUXTON FOUND GUILTY
Wife-Murder Charge (Received 14, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, March 13. Ruxton was found guilty and sentenced to death for the murder of his wife. The jury was absent for 62 minutes. Ruxton, when the verdict was announced. almost inaudibly spoke of the fairness of the trial and announced his intention of appealing. He raised his arm from the elbow in the form of a salute, repeating the gesture as four warders escorted him from the dock.
