Membership of the Waipukurau Gymnasium Club is steadily increasing, there being a large number interested. So far no definite arrangements have been made as to equipment, but, at a meeting held last evening, it was announced that an arrangement had been made to secure the use of Turner and Butler’s old garage, which is stated to be most suitable for the purpose. In future Thursday nights will be devoted to training and instruction. At the meeting the possibility was mentioned of coming to an arrangement with the Waipukurau Boxing Club to secure combined interest. This is to be followed up.
