INCENDIARY FIRES
Queensland Canefields
(Received 16, 9.35 a.m.) BRISBANE, Sept. 16.
Several outbreaks of fire in the canefields around Goondo, believed to have been the result of incendiarism, have caused feelings to run high at Innisfail. The fires were checked before serious damage was done, only about eight acres in all being burnt.
