Memory of Quetta Victims By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright. CALCUTTA, June 25. On the suggestion of Mr Rajendro ; Prasad, president of the National Congress, June 30 will be observed as a day of mourning throughout India for the Quetta earthquake victims. This week the Viceroy and General Sir Philip Chetwode, Commander-in-Chief of the Army, will travel by aeroplane from Simla to Quetta, where they will spend two days. They will discuss with the authorities whether the city will be used in future as a military or civil station. Gangs engaged in demolition work in the earthquake areas have recovered several thousand bodies. Severe tremors are still being felt daily.
