- •— —— Australia to Investigate MELBOURNE, June 23. Mr S. L, Officer, secretary of the Graziers’ Federal Council, says that it has been decided to approach the Federal Government with a view to making investigations into the reported possibility of Japan developing Manchukuo into a large wool-producing country to tho detriment of Australia, Personally, Mr Officer doubted whether wool grown there could compete with tho fine wools of the Commonwealth.
