NAVY CAPTAIN BLAMED
Sinking of Oil Tanker CANADIAN COURT’S FINDING (Received 22, 1.0 p.m.) MONTREAL, Juno 21. The sinking of tho oil-tanker Maple Branch in Montreal Harbour last August by the British cruiser Dragon was due to faulty manoeuvring on the part of tho warship, according to a ruling by Mr Justice I’. Demers in tho Admiralty Court. He held that Captain W. F. Wake-Walker, R.N., was responsible for tho damage.
