Successful Church Bazaar From Our Own Correspondent. WAIPAWA, June 20. A most successful bazaar and sale of work in aid of the funds of the Waipawa Presbyterian Church was held in tho Waipawa Municipal Concert Hall <jSi Tuesday afternoon and evening. There was a largo attendance of buyers and the ladies in charge of the stalls were able to make a good clearance. The stalls were in charge of the following : Fancy, Mesdames Furminger, Pepperell and T. Carne; plain, Mesdames J. Bibby and MacPherson; sweets. Mesdames Mclntosh, Bryant and MacGregor- cakes, Mesdames 8. E. and E. Bond; produce, Mesdames Wylie, Fraser and MeSweeney; jumble, Mesdames Corskie and Sawyer; seedlings, Mesdames Annand and Noel!; tea-rooms, Mesdames Strang, W. Yates, Robertson, Collins and Misses Frobarth, McCleary and Lang. A. number of competitions added to the interest of the sale in the evening, tho following being the winners: Box of chocolates, Mr E. MacGregor; cushion, Mr J. Walker; throw-over, Mr F. Eagle; cushion, Mr T. Carne; tea cosy, Mrs F. R. Furminger; cake, Mrs J. Fletcher; smokers’ outfit, Mr J. Yates. WAIPAWA UNITED JUNIORS. The following will represent the Wai pawn United juniors in their match against Waipukurau juniors on Central Park, Waipukurau, to-morrow. Players aro requested to he at the Post Offices ati 1.15 Mm
