Ireland to the Mainland (Received 20, 10.30 a.m.) DUBLIN, June 19. Mr Lctnass announced in the Dail that an experimental air service was being started between England and the Free State in July in order to secure data preliminary to inaugurating a re gular national service to the Continent via Britain. Difficulties were being experienced in connection with the crea tion of a mercantile marine in whirl M desired to carry half the Anglo Irish and Irish-European trade. Othe> methods would be adopted if the pre sent plans, were unavailing.
