Civic Reception in Napier A civic reception to Lady BadenPowell, the Chief Guide, is to be tendered by the Mhyor and citizens of Napier at the Mayfair Theatre, Napier, at 12.15 p.m. to-morrow. Mr. C. 0. Morse, the Mayor, said he cordially invited the public, to attend this function, to hear an interesting address by the Chief Guide. Short addresses of welcome will be delivered by the Mayor and Miss If. 11. Herrick. Chief Commissioner of the Guide movement in flic Dominion.
