PLANES FOR EGYPT
To Prevent Smuggling
RUGBY, September 16,
The second squadron of New Avro military biplanes for tho Egyptian Army Air Force will bo flown to Cairo on Monday from Lympne to supplement the existing squadron and the flight of Moth aeroplanes in use to detect the smuggling of drugs on the Mediterranean coast.
Mr Hakki Bey, the Egyptian Charge d’Affaires in London, and Air Marshall Higgins inspected the squadron.
