TO-DAY’S RECIPE
COFFEE MELTING MOMENTS.
Ingredients: Bozs. butter, Bozs. flour, 2ozs. cornflour, 3ozs. icing sugar, 1 tablespoonful coffee essence.
Method: Beat the butter and sugar to a cream and add the coffee essence. Then add. the flour and cornflour mixed, and, knead well. Put small drops on a cold slide and bake in a moderate oven until light brown. When cooked use icing to place two halves together.
