DETTON DEFEATS BROWNING. By Telegraph—Press Association WANGANUI, September ]6. In one of the most spectacular exhibitions of wrestling seen in Wanganui, Doan Detton defeated Walter Browning by two falls to one, Browning securing his fall in the sixth. The match from beginning to end was fast and exciting, and at the conclusion the audience showed its appreciation in no uncertain manner. KOLOFF BEATS SHININA. SYDNEY, Sept. 115 At the stadium, Dan Koldff, the giant Bulgarian, defeated tbe Japanese, Oki Shikina, in the third round after only 15 minutes of actual wrestling, by two falls to nil. The Japanese was unable to continue. Tom Lurieh defeated Joe Dawson by two falls to one at the Leichhardt stadium.
