ASSASSINS SENTENCED
Life Penal Servitude (Received 6, 10.35 a.m.) BUCHAREST, April 5. Constantinescu, Caranicu and Bellimace were sentenced to lifo penal servitude for complicity in tho assassination of M. Duca. Fifty others were acquitted. M. Duca, former Rumanian Premier, was assassinated when about, to board a train at Sinaia for Bucharest after a conference with King Carol, on December 29 last. A student fired four shots at close range at his head, killing him instantly. Nicholas Constantinescu and two accomplices, all members of the Iron Guard, were arrested. Further arrests followed.
