Dairy Factory Destroyed POST OFFICE BADLY SCORCHED 'Bj Telegraph-Press Association.) BLENHEIM, April 5. The Rai Valley dairy factory was totally destroyed by fire during the night. The insurance on the building was £2400, on the plant £2600, and on cheese for local consumption £2OO, all in the South British office; also £5OO on cheese for export, thia policy being with the Control Board. The post office, on the opposite side of the road, was badly scorched. The factory was in the centre of an extensive dairying district and had been handling 10,0001bs. of milk daily. Farmers will now have to separate on the farm and send their cream to Blenheim and other factories.
