CYCLE AND TRUCK COLLIDE

Three Persons Seriously Hurt By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 4. Three persons were seriously injured in a collision between a motor-cycle and side-car and a motor truck in the Great North road at Avondale tonight. The victims are: Mr Lewis Carl Augustin, concussion and internal injuries; his wife, Mrs Elizabeth Augustin, concussion and abrasions; their four-year-old son Ronald, concussion and shock. All are in a serious condition. They were riding on a motor-cycle and side-car when it collided with the truck. The cycle was wrecked. All were taken to hospital.
