Goering’s Panegyric LONDON, March 26. “I belong to Herr Hitler, body and soul,” writes General Goering, in “Germany Reborn,” a book, addressed to English-speaking peoples as an expression of the writer’s “boundless love of my country, to which I have pledged my whole life-” He adds that Hitler can remove anyone he wishes by a mere word. His prestige and authority are boundless. The Nazis believe he possesses in the highest perfection any quality attributed to him and that he is infallible in all social and political matters. Genera! Goering says his own secret police are so efficient that ha is kept hourly informed of anything happening iq 'Prussia and accepts full responsibility for terrorism, saying, “Every bullet fired by the police is my bullet. ’ ’
