Gandhi’s Campaign (Received 20. 10.15 a.m.) CALCUTTA March 19 During a four months ’ tour of Central and ’-out’ India, Mahatma Gandhi has collected £28,846 and also a quantity of gold and silver for a campaign for the emancipation of the depressed classes.
