FIRE DEMOLISHES TOWN
Dynamite Kills 150 People SALVADOR, March 15. In addition to 150 persons kdled. many were injured to-day when 250 cases of dynamite stored in a cellar at the port of La Libertad exploded, causing a fire. Hours after tho explosion the main part of the city was still in flames, the fire spreading so rapidly that it was feared that the entire city would be lost. Following the explosion on the docks nearby buildings caught fire and four blocks were consumed, including the City Hall and a church. A large number are reported to have heen seriously injured. Hundreds of automobiles were rushed from the capital to the tricken city to bring the injured to hospitals here.
