EARLY ELECTION IN ITALY
Under Revised System (Received 4. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 3 It is reported that Signor Mussolini will shortly announce the dissolution of the Chamber and hold a general election under the revised electoral system, giving only members of trade unions and employers’ organisations the right to vote, instead of manhood suffrage.
