U.S. CASINO TOURNEY. BRITISH ENTRANTS ELIMINATED NEWPORT (Rhode Island), Aug. 16. The last British entrants in the Casino tennis tournament were eliminated when Shields defeated Avery, 7 —5, 6 —o, and Gregory Mangin defeated Lee 6—2, 6—l.
