FOB TE MANUIRI STATION. OFFERING OF 2666 ACRES. A large property known as Te Manniri, consisting of 2666 acres of i’ourerere Estate, was offered by ■ uction at the rooms of Messrs. HoadIcy, Son & Stewart, Hastings, this afternoon, hut not a single bid was offered by any of the fifteen people in attendance. It is not unlikely that the property will be disposed of by private treaty. The property, which is situated about 21 miles from Waipawa by metalled road, is considered one of the best grazing properties on the eoast. It is well watered and sub-divided and carries approximately 6000 sheep, of which about 3500 are breeding ewes. Tho average woo) clip is about 150 bales, and the buildings comprise large wool shed, men’s quarters and cook's wharc, good yards, and dip.
