HoadIcy, Son & Stewart, Hastings, this afternoon, hut not a single bid was offered by any of the fifteen people in attendance. It is not unlikely that the property will be disposed of by private treaty. The property, which is situated about 21 miles from Waipawa by metalled road, is considered one of the best grazing properties on the eoast. It is well watered and sub-divided and carries approximately 6000 sheep, of which about 3500 are breeding ewes.
