This club is one of the few in New Zealand that stick to St. Patrick’s day for a meeting. The following may be favoured in their respective events; — Patiki Highweight, 9 furlongs.— Calamine and Davidstock. Maiden Race, 6 furlongs.—Headmistress and Shillong. Railway Handicap, 7 furlongs.— Tentcall and Miss Cavendish. Opunakc Cup, If mile. —Richfield, Chopin and Lucky Alice. Electric Handicap, 5 furlongs.— Merry Way and Cereal. St. Patrick’s Handicap, 6 furlongs.— Refresher and Arvada. President’s Handicap, 9 furlongs.— Glowlight and Attentive. Farewell Handicap, 6 furlangs.— Miss Cavendish and Cereal.
