SINGLES GAMES IN NAPIER, The champion of champions bowling competition was continued in Napier yesterday afternoon in ideal bowling weather on the Port Ahuriri bowling green, which rolled out in good playing condition. There was a large assemblage of howling enthusiasts, who were rewarded by witnessing many close finishes, an extra head having to be played in three games and a number of other games being in doubt until the last bowl was greened.
