BRITAIN’S REVENUE
MAINTAINING BUDGET ESTIMATE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 10, 10.30 a.m.) Rugby, March 8. A Treasury return shows that ordinary revenue last week amounted to £26,319,817. If this figure is maintained the Budget estimate for the year ending March 31 will be realised. Income tax and surtax receipts last week totalled £19,454,000.
