NO IMPERIAL AMBITIONS. (Received 9, 10.40 a.m.) London, March 8. The “Mail’s” correspondent at Doorn says that he has the highest authority for stating that the exKaiser has no desire whatever to return to Germany as Emperor, but he is anxious to return and finish his days there as a private citizen.
