Gardeners within the borough of Napier will find it welcome news that there is little possibility of any restrictions being placed upon the use of water for their gardens during the approaching summer months as has been the case in past years. This is due to the improvements which havebeen effected in the municipal water supply by the borough engineering authorities since the earthquake.
