Tho nuisance caused on the highway in the northern part of tho Hawke’s Bay county was tho subject of a complaint to tho Hawke’s Bay County Council recently by the Hawke’s Bay Automobile Association. The former body has now intimated that an assistant ranger has been appointed for the northern area, with the result that the nuisance should be abated.
