LADIES’ GUILD BAZAAR. (Own Correspondent.) The bazaar held yesterday under the. auspices of St. John’s Presbyterian Church proved a very great success. The following were the stallholders:-— Produce stall, Mesdames Wylie, AlcSweeney and Fraser; Guild stall, Alesdames Bibby, Annand and McPherson; cake stall, Alesdames Lochart and McIntosh and Miss Walker; jumble stall, Mesdames Oorski and Noell; fancy stall, Alesdames Furminger and Papperill; sweets stall, Aliss Patterson and the Bible Class girl's; tea-rooms, Mesdames Strang and Egglestone and Misses McCleary. A most enjoyable half-hour’s entertainment was given by the choir during the evening. Songs were rendered by Airs Strung and Alisses Walker, Rust and Sehrewy; piano solo. Airs Furniinger; violin solo. Air AV. Rust; Highland dance, Aliss M. Preston. Air R. Rust played the accompaniments. A Scottish song by the choir was greatly enjoyed. The Ladies’ Guild is to be congratulated on the success of their efforts.
