PRODUCTION IN AUCKLAND PROVINCE, INCREASE FOR 10 MONTHS. The production of butter-fat in the Auckland Province has been exceptionally well maintained, the figures for the first ten months of the current dairying season comparing more than favourably with the average output of recent years To date this season more than 136,001,0001 b. have been produced, an increase of 10,18-1,0001 b., or more than 8 per cent., on the returns for the corresponding period in tho 1930-31 season.

April’s yield of butter-fat used in the manufacture of butter and cheese was 9,925,0001 b., which is 1,954,0001 b. more than in April, 1931, an increase of 24 per cent.
