HERETAUNGA CLUB MEETING. Mr. Fisher nresided ovef a full attendance of members at the Heretaunga Club’s usual weekly meeting, which was held last evening. The secretary was instructed to communicate with the Mahora Club, inviting them to a polo match at the conclusion of the programme on Friday evening. In order to make definite arrangements for the schools’ championship carnival, it was decided to ask the Primary Schools Sports Association to send a representative to the club’s next meeting. The mattei of an official club blazer was discussed, when it was decided that a sub-committee, consisting of Messrs Weymouth, Kemp and Graham, go into this and report to a later meeting. It was decided to swim the first distance of the War Memorial Cup, which was drawn by the club on Friday, February 5, the secretary being instructed to advise the clubs, and also the ILB.
