BOWLING
TARANAKI TOURNEY. SIXTY RINKS ENTERED. New Plymouth, Jan. 25. The Taranaki Bowling Centre’s twenty-seventh annual tournament opened this morning in fine weather, but a rather strong westerly is blowing Sixty rinks have entered, mostly from Taranaki, also Wanganui, Thames, Wellington and Nelson. The entries are divided into six sections of ten, two games of 25 heads being played daily. Section play will extend over four days.
