A meeting of the Rural Intermediate Credits Board decided (says a Press Association telegram from Wellington) that in order to effect what it is considered will be an improvement in the administration of tho system, especially in tho South Island, the board will dele gate to district intermediate credit supervisors and committees of its dis trict the board’s power to grant, further advances for seasonal expenditure, where it is essential that tho amounts required should be advanced if borrowers are to be permitted to carry on, parties have done well in the lake.
