On a charge of being deemed a rogue and vagabond in that he had insufficient lawful means of support, and having been previously convicted as an idle and disorderly person, John Patrick O’Shannessey, aged 37, appeared in the Napier Police Court this morniug befo . Messrs. A. E. Renouf and F. K. de Castro- J.P.’s, who entered a conviction and sentenced the accused to six months ’ imprisonment.
