W.D.H.—Tho law is very definite in regard to the maintenance of secrecy ul ballot papers. Qffcncm are clearly defined in Section 192 of the Electoral Act 1927, and every person who offends against this section is liable, on summary conviction before two Justices, to six months’ imprisonment with or without hard labour.
