RECORD COTTON CROP
AMERICAN ESTIMATES. (United Press Association—By CableCopyright.) (Received 10, 12.15 p.m.) Washington, Nov. 9. The Department of Agriculture estimates a further increased cotton crop to 16,903,000 bales, the second largest m the history of the country.
