NON-PARTY GOVERNMENT WITH LANG EXCLUDED. MR. BAVIN’S SUGGESTION. [United Press Association—By CableCopyright.] (Received 21, 11.15 a.m.) Sydney, Aug. 21. Opposition, advocated the formation of a nonparty government from all parties of the House to solve the State’s financial and industrial problems.
