SHERENDEN
SPORTS CLUB MEETING. The annual general meeting of the Sherenden Cricket and Football Club was held in the Sherenden Hall, an excellent attendance of members being present. 'The meeting was presided over by Mr. H. Axby. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The past cricket season proved most successful, the club having played 14 games in all and yon five, drawn three and lost six. Thg coming season shows promise of still greater success; after tho practice of last season the club should be able to field a very strong team. The election of officers resulted as follows Patron.
