FAIRCLOUGH CUP REPLAY RANGERS BEAT Y.M.C.A. The above game was played on Corn wall Park to-day. Rangers had the advantage of a stiff breeze, but in the opening stages Y.M. played better football, doing most of the attacking. Tho Blues opened the scoring through Campbell. Rango s 1 Y.M.C.A 0 Ranger very soon settled into their stride, and proved mucn quicker on the ball, keeping the leather moving very fast. A second, goal came from a free kick close in, taken by Grey. Rangers 2 Y.M.C.A .0 Y.M. fell away and proved slow and ragged. A penalty was awarded them and Moss made no mistake with the kick. Range s 2 Y.M.C.A 1 In the second spell Rangers fell away and Y.M. had more of tho play, but their finishing nd shooting was poor. Gray scored a third goal for the Rangers and Duric netted for the Y M. C.A., the final score in Rangers’ favour being Rangers 3 Y.M.C.A 2 Mr P. W. Farnell was referee.
