W'yllie £ 7 77, Kennedy and Co. £127 15/5. C. and A. Odlin, Ltd., hold securities to the extent of £1,400. The total is thus £7,505 7/3, the value of the securities being estimated at £7,820. A further liability by bankrupt is to W. Robertson, of Napier, moneylender. secured by cliattel security on plant value, also lien on shares in Metters, Ltd. The debt is £2O, Bankrupt’s real estate, all of which properties are subject to mortgages as set out in the list of secured creditors:— , Dwelling, with two motor sheds, France road, the amount of the deed being £1,600: dwelling, with motor shed, Roslyn road. £1,350; dwelling, with shop and motor shed, McGrath street, £1,000: dwelling, with motor shed. £1,100; dwelling, McGrath street. £850: shop, £170; dwelling with motor shed. £650; dwelling with motor shed, £1,150: total £7,820. The book- debts amount to £530 and are estimated to produce £3O. Bankrupt’s debts amount to £1,550 19/11. comprising £1,530 19/11 to unsecured creditors and £2O other liabilities. The assets amount to £364 12/9, made up of £2O stock-in-trade, £3O as estimated to be produced from book debts and £314 12/9 surplus from securities in the hands of secured creditors. The deficiency is thus £1,186 7/2.
