HASTINGS H.S. OLD BOYS’ CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING HELD. The annual general meeting of the Hastings High School Old Boys' Rugby Football Club was held last evening. Staff-Sergeant-Alajor G. O'Leary presided ever an attendance of 55 members and supporters. The election of officers resulted:— Patron, Mr. \V. A. G. Penlington; president. S.S.M. G. O’Leary; vicepresidents, Dr. W. P. GENERAL BUSINESS. ’ The chairman intimated that the outgoing committee had made tentative arrangements for a gymnasium for the use of the club, and after a short discussion, it was unanimom decided that the training scheme b approved. Five coaches, who offered their services, were elected and will commence training operations immediately the teams are finalised. 'Twenty new members were elected, and from the new talent available, prospects for the coming season appear very satisfactory. It was decided to enter one team in each grade of the Sub-Union's competitions. Practices will commence for all grades in two weeks.
